Join our information evenings

Each year, Sightsavers hosts an information evening to give our supporters an opportunity to hear directly from a key Sightsavers leader.

Our annual information evenings give our supporters the chance to hear more about our work from some of our key staff.

Set in Dun’s Library in the Royal College of Physicians in Dublin, these exclusive events give attendees the opportunity to get in-depth insights into Sightsavers’ programmes around the world.

The last event, which took place on 7 November 2019, featured Sightsavers’ Country Director for Senegal Salimata Bocoum. Her work in the country has involved overseeing programmes that provide access to eye health services to all, empowering people with disabilities so they can go to school and get a job, and striving to eliminate trachoma in Senegal.
