Whether you want to run a marathon, take on a skydive challenge or do something a little closer to home, every sponsorship pledge you receive will help us to continue our vital work around the globe.

Running events

Every year in April, join 40,000 people running 26.2 miles around the UK capital.

Run the only half marathon that goes through the City of London and Westminster.

Take in many of London’s iconic sights while being entertained by dancers, performers and DJs.

Other outdoor events

‘Ultra Challenges’ are perfect for walking enthusiasts, endurance trekkers or even marathon runners looking to up the distance.

Each of the eight events offers different routes, from 25km to more than 100km.
