Sightsavers was founded in 1950, and now employs staff in more than 30 countries worldwide.

Our UK office is in Haywards Heath in West Sussex, and we have offices in Ireland and Italy, as well as in Africa and Asia in the countries where we work. We offer a huge variety of jobs spanning a wide range of careers, skills and experience, from medical professionals and operations specialists to media and design staff, IT experts, charity fundraising staff and support roles.

Our recruitment process

Application

You can apply for a vacancy via our recruitment site by uploading your CV and answering role-specific questions. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you’ve submitted your application.

Selection

We’ll review your application against the criteria in the job description, and let you know whether you’ve been shortlisted. You can request reasonable adjustments for your interview.

Interview

Our interview process usually has two or three stages, conducted in person or remotely. It will often include a short task. Interviewers will ask you competency-based questions relevant to the role.
