• The difference in mean pay during the pay period between male and female employees: 1.89% higher for men

In 2023 the mean difference was 3.13% in favour of men, in 2022 the mean difference was 3.17% in favour of men, in 2021 it was 0.27% in favour of men and in 2020 it was 0.22% in favour of women. This is substantially lower than the national average each year and the fluctuations are very small.

• The difference in median pay during the pay period between male and female employees: 1.56% higher for men

In 2023 the difference in median pay was 3.06% in favour of men, in 2022 the difference in median pay was 3.27%, in 2021 it was 1.76% in favour of men and in 2020 it was 4.49%.
